Let us explore the amino acid called lysine

No animal makes this amino acid where amino acids build proteins, yet, there is some lysine in our DNA as it works well to bind arginine. The binding of arginine slows growth factors where a new born baby gets ample lysine in breast milk to slow bone growth while the muscles have time to grow so that we have enough muscle to bone ratio (weight and size) to be able to power the strength needed to roll over, crawl and eventual stand up. Imagine if bones grew so fast that the baby was not strong enough to stand up.

The weak thinkers believe that lysine is essential to health and it is sold as a body builder supplement. This lysine causes the hair to fall out and total male infertility due to lysine binding up all available arginine. The second result is chronic injuries and weak ability to repair torn tissues.

Because it is in breast milk the 'scientists' think it is essential. When it in fact deters the immune system. Breast milk also contains a vast amount of immune components to compensate for the baby where the immune system develops slightly later in months.

When they add lysine to glutathione (setria brand - most common) it inhibits the ability of the immune system to use glutathione and gives a net reduction in health. These lysine laced glutahtione products are rampant on the Internet and in health food stores.

The producers of ibuprofen added lysine to make a new product called NEOPROFIN. In clinical followup there was complete male infertility reported. This lysine is beyond doubt an inhibitor of the immune system. Yet, if you Google lysine there is nothing but fake praise.

We use Lysine or L-Lysine to mean the same thing. The L form is most common in nature. When you do a hair analysis the information can easily be not correct because the body NEEDS to get rid of lysine in any tissue that it can and as I study hair components of amino acids there is one basic need: arginine.

Arginine is critical in immune functions by providing a cluster of nitrogen to produce Nitric Oxide (NO-). The robust production of NO- also stimulates melanocytes to product hair and skin pigments. The changes of hair color, texture and volume are all dependent on slow, steady and long term immune function. There are three times in life that arginine is critically in short supply. Youth, Sickness and old age. Yet, arginine is classed as 'non-essential' or in other words not needed to be supplemented.
 
Our major digestive enzyme of the pancreas is to split lysine from arginine. This enzyme is called trypsin and trypsin-like. These as a group are called serine-protease. Named a very long time ago and it today would be called, "serine-histidine-protease". And it gets worse, it is actually a three member amino acid group of serine+glutamine+histidine where the glutamine contains a double ended active bonding capacity to hold this peptide and provide extra 'energy' from the excess oxygen.

The pancreas also produces insulin to open up cells to clear excess sugar from the body fluids. The cells store the sugar as fat and we balloon in size from eating sugar. The pancreas is highly involved in all major processes when we eat nutrients. The pancreatic digestive enzymes also digest bacteria as an immune function. As we age the pancreas weakens and we succumb to many health problems that were not there when young. Anti-ageing is in part due to a robust pancreas while reducing the toxins that we often are told are healthy such as lysine type amino acid that they tell us is 'essential' when in fact, we just don't want it in excessive amounts. The lysine in dairy is in part why some people become 'dairy intolerant' when it is more likely a weak pancreas or an overload of things like lysine.
 
There are many reasons for this such as profit from sick people. Note that healthy people do not need doctors or drugs and so there is a conflict of interest in governmental Health Departments when drug companies sit on the boards of advisors such as Dr. A. Fauci.

Back to the breast milk. When a person consumes large amounts of milk solids, the solids are the amino acids that form proteins it is often in the form of Whey Protein. In milk the oil forms butter to leave water and whey (curds and whey).
