• proven benefits of apple cider vinegar?!?  -->  no proof

• clear white vinegar
• distilled white vinegar
• all toxins distilled out
• clear, pure, healthy
  • not cloudy

Where can I find a study for / against apple cider vinegar?

• Studies that find positive results actually use clinical grade white vinegar
• The media writes it up as the more 'popular' apple cider vinegar
• in falsehood
• to avoid any comparison no study is funded to compare white to apple vinegar

Better yet

• find a study that compares apple cider vinegar to white vinegar
• I cannot find any, they all use white vinegar and write the "news" about apple cider vinegar
• just a big scam, in my research

 Searching, "compare white vinegar to apple cider vinegar"
 found me some entertainment written by a professional journalist on nonsense

• white vinegar is for household cleaning
• apple cider vinegar is for use in the kitchen

Maybe apple cider vinegar is too dirty for household cleaning?
